This document explains the official payment terms, refund policy, and cancellation conditions for all services offered by Safarnama Hospitality. By making payment for any service, the client automatically agrees to the policies mentioned below.
All service payments must be made in full and in advance before the start of any service.
Safarnama Hospitality will begin work only after receiving complete payment.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or any approved online method.
No service will be activated or delivered without prior full payment.
All services provided by Safarnama Hospitality are strictly non-refundable.
Once payment is made and services are initiated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances,
including change of mind, change in hotel management, dissatisfaction with business performance, lower
bookings or revenue, delays from the client side, closure of property, or any other reason.
The client understands and agrees that the services offered are professional and consultancy-based in
nature and therefore not eligible for refunds.
After payment is completed and work has started, services cannot be cancelled.
Any request for cancellation after initiation of services will not be accepted.
Safarnama Hospitality reserves the right to stop services in case of payment violations
Services purchased for one property are strictly non-transferable.
Once services have started for a particular hotel or property, they cannot be shifted or transferred to any
other property, business, or individual.
Any request to move services to another property will be treated as a new project and will require fresh
payment.
Safarnama Hospitality will deliver services as per the agreed scope and timeline, provided that the client
shares all required information on time and provides necessary access and cooperation.
Delays caused due to the client will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
Any payment-related concerns must be communicated in writing to Safarnama Hospitality. However, such concerns will not qualify for refunds once services have started.
By making payment to Safarnama Hospitality, the client confirms acceptance of this Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy as well as the general Terms and Conditions of Safarnama Hospitality.
